Pricing Model

The base cost for running the Business Diagnostic Instrument in any sized organization is $2,500.00 and includes the following:

• Set-up of the Business Diagnostic Instrument survey on our secure server located in Canada;
• Administration of the Business Diagnostic Instrument survey to all members of your organization;
• Compilation of survey results into an Excel research database;
• Data summaries and statistics for all questions in the survey (central tendency and dispersion);
• Compilation of a summary of results at both the question level and the dimensional level;
• Relational modeling of how each dimension impacts the two outcomes of Job Satisfaction and Organization Satisfaction;
• Assessment of internal organizational stress levels based on Martin Shain’s Stress/Satisfaction Offset method;
• Identification of the issues in your organization where you need focus first for the greatest return on investment;
• Summary diagnostic interpretation of all outputs and results; and
• A full written report of all findings in PDF format.

In addition to the basic cost of running the Business Diagnostic Instrument, additional reports are possible for any separate departments present in your organization. This is a very powerful option, since it allows you to compare and contrast diagnostic reports across departments, more effectively isolating and fixing problems on the local level. Since the initial set-up and analytical costs are covered in the base price, each additional report is available at a reduced cost.

Invoicing and Payment

Once your research has been completed, you will receive an invoice that itemizes all services and costs.

For payment, we generally prefer Interac e-Transfers or direct deposit from any major Canadian, US or international financial institution. Interac e-Transfers can be sent to Collegiate Digital Resources.

As of 2023, we are able to accept Bitcoin for payment as well, and will share our wallet address with clients that wish to transact in cryptocurrency. We do not accept any other cryptocurrency other than Bitcoin at this time.
